What is About Bankruptcy?

About Bankruptcy is a new blog about just that, everything bankruptcy.  I'll upload information about bankruptcy, tips and strategies, and I may even share personal stories about my Bankruptcy.

What is Bankruptcy.  Bankruptcy is a legally declared inability or impairment of ability of an individual or organization to pay its creditors.  In the game of monopoly, players lose when they are bankrupted, In real life players win in bankruptcy.  In the U.S. there are Chapter 7, Chapter 9, Chapter 11, Chapter 12, Chapter 13, and Chapter 15.  I will explain each of these in further detail later on.
